System requirements

Minimum

OS: Windows 7 Home 32-bit
Processor: If it's in a VR-ready machine, it'll probably work.
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M
DirectX: Version 9.0
Storage: 10 GB available space
Sound card: If it's in a VR-ready machine, it'll probably work.
VR: SteamVR, Oculus PC, or OpenXR. Standing or Room Scale
Notes: If it can run anything in VR, it can probably run this. These are the lowest specs I could try the game out on that worked well.

OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: 10 GB available space
Sound card: Do people even use sound cards anymore?
VR: SteamVR, Oculus PC, or OpenXR. Standing or Room Scale
Notes: This is the specs of the machine I developed on. You can almost certainly go lower than this. Internet only required for Steam Cloud Saves and Achievements.
