Blast bright ink across a city gone gray, swim through your own colour as a squid and climb any wall you paint. Fight through 15 story stages and four boss mechs to take Tidehaven back from Baron Murkwell, then paint the most turf in 4v4 Turf Clash against bots.

Baron Murkwell has drained the colour out of Tidehaven and his Murk Corps is flooding the streets with gray sludge. You have an ink blaster, a squid form and a very bad attitude about gray. INK IS EVERYTHING Every shot paints the ground and walls in your colour. Dive into your own ink as a squid to swim fast, refill your tank and slip past enemies, then pop out and fire. Painted walls become climbable: ink a wall, swim straight up it and take the high ground. Enemy ink slows you down and hurts, so paint over it before you cross. A FULL STORY CAMPAIGN Four worlds and 15 stages, from the harbour docks and the Coral Heights rooftops to a sludge refinery and the storm-lashed Murkwell Tower. Each world ends in a boss fight against a Murk Corps mech: The Grinder, The Bucketeer, the Sludge Serpent and Baron Murkwell's own Graytide Mech. Every stage has checkpoints, hidden pearls, a rank from C to S and a postcard to collect, and comic-book cutscenes tell the story between worlds. EIGHT KITS, EACH ITS OWN WAY TO PLAY Unlock eight weapon kits as you advance: the all-round Splash Blaster, the Wave Roller that paints a lane as you push it, the Longshot charger for precise long-range shots, the Burst Popper, the Slosh Bucket, the Gatling Spinner, the Swift Brush and the Twin Dualies. Every kit pairs a main weapon with a sub weapon (Burst Bomb, Splash Bomb, Sprinkler or Ink Mine) and a special: Tidal Slam, Ink Storm, Missile Barrage or the Ink Jet jetpack. UPGRADES THAT STAY WITH YOU Spend the pearls you find at Shelly's Shell Shop on four upgrade tracks with five levels each: Ink Tank, Swim Speed, Armour and Special Charge. Upgrades work with every kit. TURF CLASH Pick a kit and drop into a three-minute 4v4 turf war against bots on Pier Nine, Skate Canyon or Refinery Row. Paint the most ground when the clock runs out and your team wins. Super-jump to a teammate from the map to get back into the fight. MADE FOR CONTROLLER, KEYBOARD AND MOUSE Play with an Xbox controller or keyboard and mouse, and rebind every action. Options include stick and mouse sensitivity, invert X and Y, aim assist, hold or toggle swim, rumble, field of view, render scale, subtitle size and a colour-blind ink palette. Splattera is fully offline and single-player.
