Dive for the five fragments of a drowned bell. Fight sea guardians with harpoons and a cutlass, manage oxygen and cargo, rebuild Lantern Quay with pearls and salvage, and decide what the ocean remembers in a complete offline 2D diving action adventure for PC and Xbox.
Last night the ocean climbed the steps of Lantern Quay and left behind a broken bell. Its five fragments are scattered across the deep, each one guarded by something that used to belong to the harbor. You are Rin, a pearl diver with a borrowed harpoon, an unreasonable crew and a home worth saving. Port of Nacrebound is a single-player, offline, top-down diving action adventure with a complete authored campaign: a beginning, five guardian encounters, three resolved endings and free exploration after the credits. FIVE REGIONS BENEATH THE TIDE Descend from the sunlit Gilded Shallows at 24 metres to the Midnight Well at 410 metres. The Verdant Undertow drags you through crosscurrents and spore beds, the Sable Armada still fires its cannons on a schedule, and the Glass Cathedral pulses with timed crystal hazards. Each dive is a seven-room route with two optional branches: rescue a stranded diver, open a tide-locked chest, or listen to a sea shrine for one of eight temporary blessings. FIVE THREE-PHASE GUARDIANS The Copper Warden, the Kelp Matron, the Hollow Admiral, the Glass Cantor and the Bell That Hungers each change their attack patterns at 66% and 32% health. Every attack is telegraphed, and a rest chamber with an air vent sits immediately before every arena. Defeating a guardian is not enough: you must reclaim its fragment. HARPOONS, CUTLASS AND CREW Four ranged weapons with real magazines and reloads: the balanced Tidepiercer, the five-barb Reefbreaker, the chain-arcing Stormglass and the rapid Ghostneedle. Back them with a cutlass swing, a dash with invulnerability frames, thrown depth charges and the ability of the crewmate you brought along. Twin-stick aiming on a controller with optional aim assist, or mouse aiming and auto-aimed keys on a keyboard. OXYGEN, CARGO AND PRESSURE Oxygen drains faster the deeper you go. Air bottles, reusable vents and pressure tonics keep you breathing; a full cargo hold forces you to choose what comes home. Die in the deep and your lifeline pulls you back to the quay, but a share of the dive's unbanked salvage is lost. Oxygen depletion can be switched off in Settings. REBUILD LANTERN QUAY Spend pearls, scrap, kelp, coral and crystal across six permanent upgrade tracks: diving suit, air condenser, weapon bench, cargo harness, infirmary and harbor beacon. Buy and sell at Neri's market, craft four recipes, recruit four crewmates with different abilities, and fulfil ten harbor contracts that persist across dives. Rescued divers and finished contracts lower shop prices by up to 20%. THREE ENDINGS When the fifth fragment is in your hands, the bell asks what the sea should remember. Three complete endings answer that question, and the harbor beacon opens the restorative one. Return to the quay afterwards to finish contracts, revisit regions and change your answer. BUILT FOR PC AND XBOX Full Xbox controller support with Xbox button prompts, a 10-foot layout on TV, keyboard and mouse on PC, and every menu navigable without a pointer. Automatic logbook saves with a rolling backup and JSON export. No account, no online connection, no purchases: the whole campaign is in the box.
